Nicotinamide Riboside Chloride is the most studied NAD+ booster. NAD+ levels go down with age, and has consistently shown to boost them back up and proper doses.
NAD+ is essential for many functions within the body including energy metabolism, DNA repair, and immune function.

Now tested four separate NAD precursor sources via Jinfiniti NAD tests, and this is my second review after additional orders and tests. Lab Tested continues to keep my 79-year-old father at NAD levels of a 20 year old, nearly 36% higher than the next least expensive option (which was Nutricost's NMN), which itself was much more effective than Niacinamide.
To be specific, my father's tested NAD level on 1g daily of Lab Tested NR was 53 (above 40 is considered optimal). Nutricost's NMN, 500g daily, was 38.8, in the upper, upper range of his age group. I think that would have been more effective at 1g, but double the price and it's already more expensive than Lab Tested. Niacinamide by itself was 33. And the cheapest generic brand of NMN that we found on Amazon was 31, both of which were about normal without it. Sadly, we have no baseline for him with nothing at all, but statistically should be between 27 and 33..
Note that he took 1g of RN because it's the same price from Lab Tested as 500mg of NMN was from Nutricost, and was the recommended dosages.
For the past year or so, my 79-year-old father and I have been trying different NAD+ precursors. First we tried a generic NMN from Amazon that was too good to be true, and was. His NAD+ levels tested in the middle of average for his age group. So, no effect. Then we tried Nicotinamide from Nutricost, and had slight improvement. He was at the highest range for the typical 79 yo, but still in the normal range. Finally switched to NR from Lab Tested, because I was tired of trying with no results. Tested his NAD+ levels after about three months. This time he tested with NAD+ levels of a 20 year old. If you want good quality, reliable NR that works at an excellent price, Lab Tested is the only brand we have tried that actually had a measurable impact on our NAD+ levels.
Great product and even better customer service. I had a problem with my order contacted customer service and it was corrected and shipped the next day.
The product seems to be as advertised (purity, dosage) and is a great price! Niagen is much more expensive.
I recommend this to all family and friends, makes me feel younger and recover faster. I have less aches and pains the morning after a hard workout. There are noticeably less cracking joints.
