Resveratrol Supplements Tested

This is a article going through the free online testing data of resveratrol. We will be using the information from NOW Supplements and their article on Resveratrol supplements on Amazon. I found the information on the NOW supplements very confusing when comparing it to the label claims I was seeing when looking up the bottle myself. I believe this is probably due to a combination of the following reasons: them at times interpreting the front of the label as the label claim, interpreting the Supplement Facts differently than I would, and the supplement company changing their label/supplement Facts from the time of NOW supplements testing the supplements to when I have analyzed the information. Based on these factors we will display different numbers than the NOW article. The NOW article is linked and you can view the original data there. I personally think based on my limited knowledge that NOW Supplements is being somewhat dishonest in what these brands are representing as their label claim.

Now used their in house laboratory and a 3rd party laboratory Alchemist to test for resveratrol, both used HPLC as their test method. The numbers are almost identical and the small differences can be probably be attributed to different samples. We will reference the 3rd party results from Alchemist for the sake of simplicity.
